Here's a rigging exercise I did on a wagon, the model is not mine - only the rig. Apart from the usual stuff like Global Scale and Select Geometry options, I added a slider for the wheels rotation speed and an automatization to rotate the wheels when the wagon is moving. There is also an extra option to lift up the wagon on the left or right side with a pivot on the wheels.
